Silvia Ferro, Center Director and Certified Music Together® Teacher


Silvia Ferro is the founder and director of Tiny Music Makers. As a lifelong musician, she obtained a piano degree from the Conservatory of Campobasso (Italy) in 2001, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music and Art from the University of Turin (Italy) in 2004 and a Master of Arts (MA) in Musicology, Creation, Music and Society from the University of Paris 8 (France) in 2009.


While living in Washington D.C., she came to Music Together as a parent of her first daughter and was completely amazed by this wonderful, family-oriented musical experience. She completed and passed the Music Together training in Annapolis, MD - United States in June 2012. She has taught Music Together classes in the Washington metropolitan area from September 2012 to July 2015, when she moved to France with her family. In October 2015 she received the licence to run Music Together classes in Toulouse and founded Tiny Music Makers, to keep sharing the joy of music making with children and their families.


The Center for Music and Young Children in Princeton, NJ, United States, recently awarded Silvia Ferro Music Together Certification Level I status for outstanding achievement in teaching, musicianship, program philosophy and parent education.
